The Sports Clubs Group Exercise Program

It is our unwavering commitment to feature the most innovative classes with the Top, Elite Instructors in New Mexico. Our program will exhilarate you and inspire you with classes including Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, NIA, Turbo-Kick, Salsa Instructors as well as your favorite traditional Aerobics Classes such as Step and Cardio Jam!

Group X Room Etiquette and General Information :

-Just a reminder, for hygiene purposes, we do require that you always have a towel with you when participating in any of our Group X Classes. Please cover the blue mats, steps or the floor with your towel.
 
-Please do not bring any drinks into the Group X Room with the exception of covered water bottles.
 
-For Yoga Classes, we recommend that you bring your own Yoga Mat. Yoga Mats can be purchased at Target or Walmart. We also recommend you bring a towel or blanket for your Yoga cool down. The Group X Room mats are not safe for Yoga use.
 
-Please turn off all cell phones and pagers during classes.
 
-Please use appropriate deodorant and try not to apply heavy perfumes or colognes before classes.
 
-We are always interested in adding more classes. All we need are willing participants! Drop off your written suggestions at the front desk. Please make your suggestions attention to: "Jonni". Thank you!
