Mountain Run Fitness Update, July 2011:
As most of you know, on July 6th 2010, there was a fire at Spectator's Bar below our NE Heights Club. Spectator's Insurance Company, Travelers Insurance, was contacted immediately and agreed to restore the Club. They sent out their Environmental Specialist and adjustors. Due to unknown reasons, they still have not restored the Club.
Mountain Run Fitness is it's own Corporation with no assets at the moment. We are suing Spectators and Travelers Insurance. We wish, like all of you, that this was a faster process. We have to wait for the courts to take their turtle course. A judge has been assigned to our case. We are just as frustrated as you are that this is taking so long, but there is nothing we can do besides claiming bankruptcy for Mountain Run Fitness. We choose not to do that. Please know that we are suing for the complete loss of our business as well as the loss to our members who pre-paid their dues. This is a very important lawsuit and priority for us. We are doing everything we can to expedite it.
